Q:How long I can get my laser? Top

Our most laser products are made-to-order product.

General custom cycle:
Laser Modules: 3~5 working days
Laser Diode: 2~4 working days
DPSS Laser: 5~15 working days
Fiber coupled laser: 5~15 working days
Fiber Lasers: 5~15 working days
ASE Light source: 5~10 working days

Delivery time should be based on your address and the choice of shipping method.

Q: How can I get a wholesale price? Top

More than 5 units, please contact with us, and we will give you a wholesale price.

Q: Where are your products shipped from? Top

Our products are shipped directly from our factory in Hangzhou, China.

Q: How do I make a purchase? Top

To make a purchase, please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Choose the desired product and the attribute.
2. Type the desired quantity into the Quantity field box located in the Products page.
3. Click on the Add to Cart button
4. Then Step by step according to the prompt operation.

Q: What are your shipping costs and policies? Top

Civillaser.com ships worldwide from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China.Orders placed by internet, or email will be shipped within 48 hours.
The shipping cost for the item is $15. All orders are shipped express mail and are guaranteed to arrive at your doorsteps within 7 business days. Most orders arrive between 3 to 15 business days.

Q: Can I track my package online? Top

Yes. After shipping out your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact master@nakulaser.com. We will gladly confirm your order and provide you with a tracking number.

Q: What are my payment options? Top

Retail: We take Paypal.
Wholesale: We make a telegram transfer and Western Union Money Transfer.

Q: How will I know if my order went through? Top

After making an order at CivilLaser.com, check your email to see if you have received a confirmation email. If it has been some time and you still have not received any emails, please contact master@nakulaser.com to confirm your order.

Q: Is there a warranty on your products? Top

Of Course! We guarantee all laser products to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of 3 months~5 Years. If you have any problems with your laser product within this warranty period, send it back to us and we will send a brand new replacement back with no questions asked. The only exception is if we discover evidence that the laser product has been misused or disassembled. To make a claim, please contact master@nakulaser.com.
Note:
1. Every product description page you can find the warranty item.
2. If there is no warranty item on current product description page, the default is 1 Year.

Q: Is there a return policy? Top

Yes, if you are not satisfied with our product within 7 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund minus all shipping costs. For further information regarding the exact procedures, please contact master@nakulaser.com . Do not return any products without prior notification.

Q: Do your laser products come with batteries? Top
Not Include.
Q: Are your Lasers dangerous? Top

Every Laser can be potentially dangerous if misused or abused. Laser products are NOT toys and should not be used without precaution and safety equipment. Please keep Laser products away from children. Do not shine the laser at any person, animal or vehicle. Shinning your laser at an Aircraft is considered a felony in North America (Canada and the US).

Q: Does your price include the tax? Top

Our price is FOB price, not inlcude any tax.
If there is customs duties, customers need to bear the tariff.
