This series (1550nm) ns level pulse laser module is dedicated to DTS system. The product has narrow pulse width 3ns, high peak value 30W and RS232 serial port remote control. The unique circuit and optimization of optical design, laser module pulse width, peak power and repetition frequency are adjustable by software, and can trigger the working wavelength and power output stability, low noise, multimode optional, compact design for system integration.
